Audi continues to work on new S3. We had new spy photos of the prototype, which fell into lenses during test races along the Nurgburgring racing highway in Germany.
The test prototype has a three -door hatchback body, but a five -door Sportback and sedan will also be delivered to the market.
The company’s engineers do not hide the novelty under protective camouflage, since the design of the new generation A3 is not a secret to anyone.
In the photographs, you can see that the test S3 received a new body kit, which includes a changed front bumper, reduced side thresholds, enlarged wheel wheels and four exhaust systems.
Under the hood, we expect to see a new turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder unit with a capacity of 260-280 horsepower. A pair of the engine will be a six-speed gearbox or seven-stroke S-Tronic with double clutch.
The new Audi S3 should debut this year.
