In the Green Hell, our photographers -spions tracked down one of the longest convertible convertibles – Audi RS5 Convertible
We are a little surprised by the presence of abundant camouflage, since the previous extended RS5 Convertible were unmarked. This suggests us that the serial version of the car will receive a number of distinguishing decorative elements that the engineers of the German automaker will try to keep secret before the official premiere.
The RS5 convertible, as well as the version in the coupe, will receive a 4.2-liter power unit V8, which produces a total of 450 horsepower at 8250 revolutions per minute and 430-nm torque in the speed range from 4000 to 6000.
The novelty will accelerate to 96 km/h in about 4.7-4.8 seconds. This is slower than the RS5 compartment, since the convertible due to the body design will be slightly harder. But the maximum speed of the novelty will be at the same level, 250 km/h.
Audi RS5 Convertible debut should take place at the end of this year.
