Kia Ronda is a new global project of the South Korean brand, developed under the vigilant eye of Peter Schreyer. The novelty will be sold in all main sales markets.
Our Shpio photographers tracked the Ronda prototype during test tests in Europe. Since the car looks almost ready, we can assume that its debut will take place very soon.
Hyundai, KIA nursing company, will receive its own version of Ronda, which will be distinguished by exterior design. Sales of both cars should begin in early 2013.
The latest spy pictures shows that the new Kia Rondo uses a familiar Kia GT concept style, which can also be found in the flagship design of Kia K9. We can see the branded N-shaped grate of the radiator and LED lights.
The car will receive a 1.7-liter turbodiesel with a capacity of 115 horsepower and a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline unit developing 136 horses.
