Aston Martin found buyers for the concept of Kar CC100

by aboutweeks

Apparently, Aston Martin has already sold the CC100 limited concept car, which was built to celebrate the centenary of the company.

The car we are talking about was bought by a collector during the speed festival in Goodwood. The unknown paid about 770,000 US dollars. The second and last sports car was ordered by another client. This car is currently in production.

While the first CC100 will become part of the collection and will not actually be used, the second car can be seen on public roads.

Aston Martin CC100 is equipped with a 6.0-liter V12 engine, which is paired with a six-speed automated manual gearbox. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in about 4 seconds and develops the maximum speed of 290 km/h. When driving at such speed on Russian roads, the driver will threaten the deprivation of a driver’s license.

The concept car received a carbon fiber body weighing 1200 kg. The car was produced in honor of the 1959 DBR1 racing machine and has the form of a double Speedster.
