Over the past few years, China’s automobile market has grown and matured that foreign automakers design and produce exclusive models taking into account the needs of local buyers. Even Hyundai took up this.
The South Korean automaker is preparing to launch an exclusive medium-sized family sedan in the PRC, the announcement of which took place at the auto show in Shanghai, which shows the concept car.
It was the serial version of this car that was tracked by photographers-spys in the area of the Hyundai Research Center in Namyang.
We assumed that the serial version would not be very different from the concept. Among the differences, it is worth noting reduced wheeled wheels and new fog lights.
The future novelty will have the following dimensions: 4710 mm long, width of 1820 mm, a height of 1470 mm and a wheelbase of 2770 mm. This means that the car will be located in the lineup of the South Korean company between Elantra (4540 m) and Sonata (4820 mm).
Hyundai plans to start Mistra sales closer to the end of this year or at the beginning of 2014.
