The new generation of the new generation of the Audi S3 hatchback completely overstated by camouflage was once again noticed on the Nurgburgring racing highway in Germany during the passage of high -speed tests.
The lack of camouflage is quite simple – just recently, the German automaker presented the usual version of A3, in connection with which it does not make sense to hide the exterior design.
It is also known that the new S3 debuts simultaneously with other A3 modifications – sedan and five -door hatchback.
The car will differ from the civilian A3 by a more aggressive body kit, including bumpers, side thresholds, diffuser. Audi S3 will also receive a Quattro all -wheel drive system. In addition, the novelty will receive an ultra -light body, which will significantly reduce the weight of the relative current generation.
A new turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder unit developing about 260-280 horsepower will be located under the hood. The pair will be a 6-speed “mechanics” or a 7-speed s-Tronic with double clutch.
