highly regarded speaker, instrumentalist/vocalist.
Keynote speaker
at the National Disability Program Navigator Conference, Chicago,
IL.
Recruited to an
elite team of disability experts by the U.S. Department of Labor,
to provide technical assistance and on the ground support to officials
and persons with disabilities affected by hurricane Katrina in
Mississippi and Louisiana.

for the Maryland Workforce Development Association, “Raising
the Bar” Conference.
Keynote Speaker
for the Disabilities Youth in Transition School of Maryland.
Nominated by the
Maryland Department of Disabilities (MDOD) and the Department
of Blind and Vision Impaired in Virginia (DBVI) for the New Leadership
Development Initiative through the Office of Special Education
and Rehabilitation Services (OSERS). The focus of this initiative
is to provide leadership to unserved/underserved populations in
rural communities statewide; and to assist the appropriate officials
in building rehabilitation services and capacity building.
Recruited to participate
with a team of professionals through the Maryland State Department
of Education (MSDE) to analyze and write the new Maryland Education
Curriculum Standards.
Served as a resource
to provide technical assistance to One-Stop Career Centers throughout
Maryland and the District of Columbia through the Rehabilitation
Services Administration (RSA) and the Department of Labor. (DOL)
Nominated by the
